This great depth is desired - after all, it has a stabilising effect on several pillars: the second floor will soon be secured over the huge cavity using special auxiliary equipment. And as you can clearly see on the photos, gigantic boreholes require equally gigantic drilling machines ...

Parallel to the drilling machines, the piping is also being counter-sunk. Not an easy task with a new installation and the necessary sewage and drain pipes totalling a length of over 100 metres. Good job our 4000 sqm studio area has sufficient space for the equipment needed to prepare and position the piping.
