Riding high: the prefabricated floor for the second level. Just delivered, and tested for fitness, the sound-proofed floor made of load-bearing prestressed concrete takes its specially reserved place on the new steel girder framework, ready to take the weight of the large office area as soon as possible.

The other floor areas are also being sprayed down to gain a pure-white look. The paint applied needs to be dry by the end of next week - because the electricity system is also coming along: cable ducts bolted to the floor will soon accommodate several hundred metres of cables, required to supply the new studio with electricity.
